Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES) provides an extensive range of adult education, training and employment programs to a diverse client community at state, national and international levels.

In 2006, AMES worked with almost 50,000 people from 138 countries. The majority of these are students in the Adult Migrant English Programme (AMEP) funded by DIAC, or clients with the Job Network program funded by DEWR.
