Become a Volunteer

You are here:

As a volunteer tutor all you need is:

volunteer and client at the cafe
  • To speak, read and write English fluently
  • To be comfortable relating to people from different cultures
  • The generosity to commit one or two hours of your time each week
  • The willingness to help someone understand the Aussie way of life

    • AMES volunteer tutors are provided with accredited training, appropriate learning materials and the opportunity to attend follow-up workshops.
