Chief Executive Officer - Melinda Collinson Melinda provides leadership in strategic direction, planning and management of all AMES Australia operations to achieve the objectives established by the Board.

General Manager People and Development – Catharine O’Grady   Catharine provides leadership to staff, facilities and contract management functions.

General Manager, Employment – Peter Harrison  Peter manages AMES Australia's Employment operations.

General Manager, Education and Participation - Meena Naidu Meena leads the education programs portfolio across the organisation.

General Manager Settlement Support and Community Care - Samantha Blake Samantha leads the Settlement Support portfolio as well as the NDIS and My Aged Care services.

Chief Financial Officer - Paul Stathis Paul leads the finance, procurement, facilities, risk and quality functions at AMES Australia.
