The recent Board seminar welcomed Acting Superintendent Ron Gardner, a second generation Australian, who has been working with Victoria Police for over 30 years.
He has served in Metropolitan and Country locations and grew up in the Noble Park/Dandenong area of Melbourne.
His “usual” job is Community Engagement Inspector for the Southern Metro Region, the area in which he spent his younger years. However, Ron is presently performing duty as the Service Delivery Superintendent for the Priority Communities Division. The Priority Communities Division was established by the Victorian Police to connect more effectively with the Victorian community.
