Future in Australia
Once you arrive in Australia and are settled in, you’ll become part of our Skilled Professional Migrants Program (SPMP). If you’re already here (as an international student or graduate), you’ll also be eligible to join this program.
The SPMP will give you access to our team of career professionals, who will guide you through the Australian workplace culture and help you to develop essential skills for the next stage of your journey. After completing the SPMP, you will be ready to write your resume and cover letter in the Australian way and will have a strategy to search and apply for jobs, in addition to strong interview skills.
Our SPMP will include a career counselling and mentoring service. The career counsellor will advise you in your career plan and further study while the mentor will offer one-on-one support on job applications and will assist you in identify your strengths and skills gaps and professional development areas. There will also be an opportunity to undertake practice interviews (in the Australian style) and receive personal feedback with your career coach.

Our program offers networking and other events designed to bring you closer to employers in Australia. You’ll get to meet other like-minded professionals who have recently migrated to Australia and be part of a large alumni group that share and network with each other.
Through corporate and industry engagement we will provide opportunities for work placements, internships and volunteer opportunities, to help you to build local employment experience and networks.
