About ACFE

Through the Adult, Community and Further Education Board, the Victorian Government provides funding to registered Learn Local providers to deliver education and training programs to a broad range of Victorians who are above compulsory school age and who are seeking to gain the educational capacity and core skills they need for study, work and life.

As a member of the Learn Local sector, AMES Australia is delivering pre-accredited training and other programs that support learners to:

  • return to study
  • improve their core skills (literacy, numeracy, English language, employability, digital skills)
  • gain a qualification
  • broaden their employment options
  • learn new skills

These courses can help you get the skills you need for study, work and life. They offer a range of training programs that can help you return to study, improve your digital, reading, writing and math skills, get a job, change careers or learn something new.
