I arrived in Australia in April 2019 and have chosen Melbourne for living because of its lovely weather. I decided to participate in the Skilled Professional Migrant Program (SPMP) at Ames Australia to know more about the Australian career pathway and workplace culture. This program was helpful for me as I regained my confidence to speak and give presentation in English fluently. It also helped me on CV preparation and interview tips. In this course, I realised that I am not the only one that had struggled to find a job in a new country. I found some friends from different countries that we pushed together to go forward. Three months after finishing the SPMP course I started working at Wilson Transformer Company as a Procurement Specialist. I am eagerly waiting for my future working life in Australia as I am sure the future will be brighter definitely.
